We can be in constant communication with our drivers through our on-board computer systems (which can send and receive email), and we always know the location of our customers' shipments. From start to finish, our customers can also easily find out the location their shipment.
Using advanced computer software, we create direct routes and itineraries for every shipment-helping to ensure our customers are notified of possible delays or last-minute changes. And with our new state-of-the-art operating system, we have information relating to your shipment and account at our fingertips-including invoices-and we can easily make them available when our customers need them.
